Yes, I want to participate in the joint order for new sets of the European Emergency Cards.
I realise that the exact price may depend on the total number of participants, the number of orders received by BijnierNET/AdrenalNET.
As soon as I receive the proforma invoice from BijnierNET/AdrenalNET, I will pay or request our organisation to pay BijnierNET/AdrenalNET immediately.
I am aware that I will receive a draft card – in PDF format – which I must sign for approval and send back to BijnierNET/AdrenalNET soonest before the order is accepted.

I understand that we can only order in quantities of 500 or more.

I understand that – because of the production technique – it is possible that
we will get a maximum deviation of 10% from the ordered quantities.
So +10% or -10% of the ordered quantities is possible,
of course we will adjust the total price accordingly.

We will accept your orders in March 2022.
We hope to deliver the cards in May 2022.
